Prof Anthony O. Adegbulugbe holds a First Class B.Sc. (Hons) in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife Nigeria in 1976, and a D.Sc. in Nuclear Material Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Cambridge, USA in 1981. He is the current chairman of the Board of Directors. Prof. Adegbulugbe is an Erudite Scholar, Energy Expert, and Entrepreneur who is not new to excellence. He was a more sought-after Academic all over the world for his profound intellectual contributions around Energy policy and Planning and Climate Change. He was on several national and international assignments.

Prof. Felix B. Dayo obtained a B.Sc. Honors Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife Nigeria in 1976, an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI., USA in 1979, and a PhD. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA., USA in 1982. These trainings provided him with a strong grounding in the science and engineering of energy, climate, and environmental systems. Since 1982 he has been involved in Energy Policy and Planning, Climate Change Studies including engineering design and techno-economic and financial analysis of real-life energy and environmental systems. More recently, he has been providing professional leadership to the company’s team on renewable energy hybrid power mini grids being developed by Triple ‘E’. Prof. Dayo is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Triple E Group.

Mr Ogunride A.O is an astute Investor and Banker. He acquired financial and banking training from different institution in Nigeria and Germany. After obtaining HND in Banking and Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic in 2004, he acquired more financial knowledge from Lagos Business School (master class) and Frankfurt in 2020 and 2021 respectively. Ogunrinde has carved a niche for himself in Banking and Financial sectors in Nigeria. He has worked with reputable firms at different capacities ranging from Managing Director/Chief Executive Officers, Chairman, General Manager etc. He is currently the Chairman/CEO of Bumog Investment & Financial Consultant.

Chief P. C. Asiodu had his primary education in Calabar and Lagos and his secondary education at King’s College, Lagos. He went up to the Queen’s College, Oxford University in September 1953 and read Philosophy, Politics and Economics, obtaining his honours degree in 1956 Chief. Asiodu began his public service career as one of the 12 pioneer Foreign Service Officers in April 1957 and saw service in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the United Nations in New York and the Provisional Secretariat of the Organization of African Unity in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Chief Asiodu transferred to the Home Civil Service in August 1964 and was posted to the Ministry of Lagos Affairs as Deputy Permanent Secretary. From 1965 to 1975, he served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministries of Health, Industries, Mines and Power, Petroleum and Energy and very briefly in Housing and Urban Development where he retired in September 1975, two months after the coup that ended the Administration of General Yakubu Gowon. He served for long spells in the Ministries of Industries, 1966- 71 and Mines and Power, 1971-75 in which he initiated important new policies and institutions in industrial and oil sectors. He was also a member of the Economic and Finance Committee of Permanent Secretaries set up by the Prime Minister to advise him and the Federal Executive Council on matters referred to the committee. As Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Industries, he served as ex-officio Chairman of several Federal Government companies including Nigeria Sugar Company, Bacita, Northern Breweries Limited, Nigerian Paper Mills, Jebba, and as Director in Nigerian Cement Company, Nkalagu, Nigerian Flour Mills Limited, Nigerian Industrial Development Bank, etc. As Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Mines and Power, he served as Founding Chairman of NEPA, and of Nigerian National Oil Corporation, NNOC later re-named NNPC.
