Our engineering capabilities range from Front End Planning of Engineering Facilities, Pipeline Engineering, Computer Aided Engineering and Draughting through Feasibility Studies, Pre-feasibility and Engineering Design, Basic and Detailed Engineering Designs, Quality Project Management. We currently possess expertise in the following areas:

Prefeasibility Study and Engineering Design of Roof Top Solar

Recently, Triple E Engineers developed manpower and computer facilities to carry out techno-economic pre-feasibility study and engineering design of a roof top solar. Our Engineers are proficient in the use of PVSyst to size, simulate and analyse data for PV Systems. We also have other group of Engineers with enormous skill to carry out energy audit and the energy efficiency assessment of the building. The design team also have professionals adept in the use of System Advisory Model (SAM) to carry out the economic analysis of the solar PV system. Our goal in the design of a roof top solar PV is to assess whether it is economic viable to proceed with the installation of the PV on the roof of the identified building.



Project Feasibility Studies

Professionals at Triple “E” are equipped with tools to carry out “Conceptual Engineering Studies” of processes commonly utilized in the Oil and Gas as well as Manufacturing industries. Simulation and Optimization tools are available to shed critical lights on project plans in these industries. We are also able to completely specify the various components of such projects. Once the technical specification of a project is completed, professionals at Triple “E” are equipped to carry out “Techno-economic Feasibility of the project, using internationally accredited software, COMFAR IV. This tool, which was developed by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), is used to ascertain the technical, economic as well as the financial feasibility of the project plan.



Front-End Engineering Designs (FEED)

Professionals at Triple “E” are equipped for FEED assignments on Client’s proposed project as one of the activities preceding the Final Investment Decisions (FID). In carrying out these assignments, computational facilities in each of the engineering service areas are utilized to define the various engineering components of a proposed project. Preliminary project costs are also usually covered in most FEED assignments. The output of a FEED assignment is usually the take-off point for detailed design and engineering of projects.



Pipeline Engineering

Professionals at Triple “E” are well equipped for various engineering responsibilities on a pipeline system. They are equipped to carry out: design of new pipeline networks; evaluation of the technical condition of existing pipeline systems; debottlenecking of existing pipeline systems; and stress analysis of pipeline systems. Engineers and Associates at Triple “E” are well trained and experienced in the various facets of pipeline engineering. The company is endowed with many state-of-the-art computer software for these services.



Engineering Simulation and Optimization

Computer Aided Process Engineering (CAPE) is a very important professional activity at Triple “E”. The company has a well-equipped computational facilities consisting of: a Local Area Networked Hardware System with a Server and about 30 workstations; several printers, plotters, scanners, and digitizers on the LAN; a suite of engineering software for process simulation and optimization; and a well-trained team of engineers. The company worked on several CAPE projects covering, new projects as well as evaluating and troubleshooting of existing processes. The coverage include assignments in the oil and gas as well as manufacturing sectors.



Project Quality Management Services (PQMS)

Triple “E” has within its manpower, experienced Project Engineers who can coordinate and supervise all phases of project implementation activities including: Engineering; Procurement; Installation and Commissioning. Professionals at Triple “E” can provide services to support Oil and Gas Operator’s Project Management Team. Such support can include:
  • Review and maintenance of project quality plan;
  • Evaluation of quality plans and procedures during tendering;
  • Preparation and maintenance of surveillance plans;
  • Implementation of quality audits.
  • Verification of Design Basis, and other project components;
  • Review and Monitoring of Supplier’s Procurement Management System
